How about this? I have had this setup for about four years, and it has helped me more than photoshop. You get about two thousand plus apps developed by users when you buy the editor, and it is really affordable.
I have Smart Photo Editor Studio and I used their Subtle Sharpen plugin as well as their Hyper-real plugin which seemed to bring out line and color with your photo. Unfortunately, I don't know how to attach what I did as I just joined a couple of minutes ago, in response to your photo....
